- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently perform repairs and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed, ensuring documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, sharing best practices and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all workplace safety regulations.
- Stay current with new automotive technologies and industry trends through continuous professional development.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Certification from a recognized automotive institution or manufacturer is highly desirable (e.g., ASE certification).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
